TSCC managed to wrangle up one final nomiation for the 36th annual Saturn Awards that will be held June 24th in LA. Since Avatar got screwed at the Oscars, we’ll spend today going over it’s nominations at the Saturn Awards. Shirley Manson Appearing on Craig Ferguson Dec. 7

Shirley Manson has been invited once again to the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. The show will be taped on Monday, December 7 and will air on CBS late Monday/early Tuesday. Be sure to check your local listings for the time.

If you’re in the LA area, you can request tickets for the taping via the Late Late Show’s official ticket site.

Shirley has been a guest on the Late Late Show a few times before – this is a new guest appearance.

Shirley Manson to Preform at Benefit for the Pablove Foundation

Everyone’s favorite T-1001, Shirley Manson, is stepping up to the microphone to perform at a benefit for the Pablove Foundation on November 21 at the Avalon in Los Angeles.

From the Pablove Foundation’s press release:

The night will be a celebration of Castelaz’s incredible triumph, and devoted to the Pablove Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to child life programs as well as children’s cancer research and treatment. A bevy of supporters will join to perform acoustic and semi-acoustic sets including, Tom Morello: The Nightwatchman, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Shirley Manson, Butch Walker, Tom Gabel (Against Me!), Jarrod Gorbel (the Honorary Title) and Charlotte Martin, with other major artists to be announced shortly. Tickets are $35 (GA) and $65 (VIP) and will go on sale this Saturday, October 31. All proceeds will go to the Foundation.

Each night of our shows will be a little different, but the THURSDAY NIGHT performance will be extra special.  Not only is it the first place on Earth to get autographed season 4 CDs, but you’ll hear world-premiere performances of new Galactica music from “The Plan” before anyone else.
